If transaction is a single item, enter description and contra (rental id), click submit, and transaction will move to that rental's modal.

If multiple items (e.g. VRBO batches several rentals in one payment, or QVILLAS invoice has rents mixed with expenses), select contra 474. Then go to batches and follow instructions there.
